Pheasants and peafowl need to be on a
higher protein diet in the form of laying
mash or pellets, coming in to their breeding season.

Make sure
any bantams that are going to be used to hatch the
pheasant eggs have been wormed and are otherwise healthy and free of lice.

The breeding pheasants should be
wormed as well and checked to see that they are healthy, as breeding season is
fast approaching.
