Pheasants
-
all states
-
Some pheasants will still be laying.
-
The eggs that are laid towards the end
of the season tend to be less fertile than those at the start of the season,
but if set, a reasonable number may still hatch.
-
Some young ones may be at the stage
where you can distinguish between males and females, so you can start selling
them.
-
They can be wormed and have
preventative treatments added to their drinking water.
-
Most
of the male pheasants will start losing their coloured feathers.
